Refund policy

BucksTools, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Products such as used accessories, damaged items caused by misuse, or clearance items may not be eligible for returns. If your product arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
